CONSULTATION

The consultation is an opportunity for the CHRC to review your matter and determine how we can assist you.

For immigration and citizenship matters, CHRC will review the eligibility and documentation requirements, processing steps, timelines, filing fees, and other costs. To start an immigration or citizenship process, all documentation and information will be required.

If the applicant has prior arrests with law enforcement or the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), Immigration Customs and Enforcement (ICE), or immigration court proceedings, the process may be delayed in order to obtain FBI, FOIA or law enforcement records and reports. Notary Public and Live Scan is conveniently located on the same floor for easy access for requesting FBI reports.
We can assist you with the paperwork preparation, records requests and the filing of the application(s).
All consultations are conducted in private, ensuring that all information is kept confidential.

For fraud matters, we recommend you prepare a written declaration outlining the complaint, with dates, names, and money amounts paid. Also, bring all evidence in paper-form, such as contracts, receipts, emails, text messages, ect.

All services necessitate an appointment and consultation. To schedule an appointment please refer to the telephone number below.
