RENTERS HELPLINE



The Renters Helpline is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to educating tenants on their rights and responsibilities and offer tenant-landlord dispute resolution. Renters Helpline has contracted with Sacramento County and the cities of Sacramento (through SHRA), Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, and Citrus Heights to provide a FREE telephone and internet-based “Renter’s Helpline” to counsel, educate and provide fair housing services for residents. We are affiliated with Project Sentinel, and Legal Services of Northern California (LSNC) to focus on tenant education to reduce housing discrimination, promote public awareness of fair housing laws and rights and assist persons with disabilities. Our Fair housing concerns will be directed to Project Sentinel, or LSNC. We provide these services free of charge and in over 240 languages and dialects to tenants. All persons will receive assistance regardless of their immigration status or income levels.

WEAVE



WEAVE is the primary provider of crisis intervention services for survivors of domestic violence and and the Rape Crisis Center for Sacramento County. WEAVE provides an array of multi-lingual services designed to be survivor-centered and trauma-informed. We believe the survivor is the expert of their relationship and knows what is best themselves and their family. We work in partnership with the survivor to provide options. All WEAVE services are voluntary.
